One tool-kit of LES allows the installation of 25 steps. The clamps and spacers are re-usable, making the system highly economical.

Place the Fi strip between your horizontal and upright members

Insert the strip through Clamp A, and tighten until the clamp is snug and tight

Repeat the process for any top member as required

Once you’ve placed your members, they are ready for fixing to the substrate, or connecting to each other.

When you’re finished, the strips are easily removed using pliers (or our special gun).

Staircase application

Place the Fi strip between your tread and riser members

Insert the strip through Clamp A, and tighten until the clamp is snug and tight

Place the Fs strip between the riser and the next tread

Insert the strip through Clamp B, and tighten until the clamp is snug and tight. Repeat for each tread.

Use Spacer C1 for a 1cm offset between riser & tread

You can fix the treads and risers as you go along.
